Kelly founded Fringe & Fern Hair Studio in 2020 to offer a more personal & safe salon experience. With over 15 years in the industry, she continuously hones her craft learning from celebrity stylists like Ted Gibson, Nick Arrojo & Ahn Co Tran. Certified in keratin treatments & ‘lived-in’ haircutting techniques. Kelly is passionate about bridal styling, color, blonding & dry haircutting. She loves working with clients to create beautiful, custom looks that are easy to maintain for their lifestyle
Gina Scipioni
Gina brings over 20 years of experience to Fringe & Fern! Starting as a receptionist, she advanced to a PA state-licensed Cosmetology Teacher, with stints at Calista Grand Salon and Spa, Paul Mitchell School, and Neuma Beauty. Specializing in bridal/formal styles, color, and cutting, Gina is passionate about educating clients on home care. A published stylist, Gina has been featured in People.com, Beauty Launchpad, and Allure and has styled for New York and Philadelphia Fashion Weeks.
Katie Bouikidis
Katie brings over 10 years of experience to Fringe & Fern Hair Studio. A graduate of the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, she holds a Cosmetology License and is certified in multiple Keratin Complex treatments, including Kcmax, Lasio and Cezanne. In addition to her expertise in hair, Katie is a licensed esthetician from Vision Academy. Katie thrives on the artistic creativity that comes with hairstyling and makeup, finding joy in connecting deeply with her clients.
Amanda Cox
Amanda’s salon journey began in high school and continued at Pulse Beauty Academy, where she graduated in 2011. She spent the last 10 years as a Master Stylist with Ulta Beauty. She specializes in color and dimensional highlights, and she loves finishing a look with a voluminous blowout. What sets Amanda apart is her ability to truly connect with clients—she takes the time to understand their style goals and bring their vision to life.
